Torchbearer | Smokey Horseradish Sauce
This experimental sauce from Torchbearer is made for horseradish lovers. The kick is hard & fast (like a horse kick). Horseradish differs from chili peppers in that the spice molecules are smaller, and so float up from the mouth into the sinuses and then out (whereas the heavier spice molecules in capsaicin stick around in the mouth and on the tongue). This sauce pair PA grown horseradish with Torchbearer's Oh My Garlic base and blends in some habaneros to keep it interesting. A flavor explosion, this sauce goes great on sandwiches, meats and fish.
